Pioneers in the real estate market in Portugal since 1982, the management body of GRAU12 MEDIAÇÃO IMOBILIÁRIA, LDA founded and managed PREDIAL J. BARBOSA and, already at that time, contributed to the foundation and consolidation of APEMIP, being member no. 246. They later founded and managed PREDIAL AZOIA and J. BARBOSA SOC. MED. IMOBILIÁRIA, LDA, which held AMI license 821, and in the year 2000 founded and managed TEJO URBANO SOC. DE MEDIAÇÃO IMOBILIÁRIA, LDA, with AMI license 5876.
We trained dozens of real estate consultants who later became part of the real estate networks currently operating in Portugal, as well as others who established themselves independently and remain active in today’s real estate market.
